Sony KV32FQ75 - Jak przywrócić ustawienia po zmianie 'EXT PLL' w trybie serwisowym?

I know that I shouldn't but ........
I entered the Service mode of my TV & changed the 'EXT PLL' option to
'ON' & now I have no picture besides green lines
of interference on the screen. I cannot even see the service menu to
change back. I would be able to restore the setting if anybody would be so
kind asto e-mail me the exact key press sequence upon entering service mode,
to navigate to the appropriate sub-menu & change the setting back to
'off' as I cannot see anything on my screen.
