nie mialem doswiadczenia, ale ponizej cycat z googli:
2: The new Mac Portables (or so I hear) don't have a power switch.
To turn them on you push the Power key (no not the option key, the
traditional 'Key of Power') on the top of the keyboard, and to turn them
off you must use the Shutdown command on the Special menu.
Actually, none of the new PowerBooks have a Power key. They do
have a power on button hidden around the back (which may also
turn it off, I'm not sure). [Note: this applies to the PB140 &
170; the 100 is slightly different, so I'm not so sure about it.]
If it has been turned off completely, you have to use this button
to turn it on.
The normal state for a PowerBook when not in use is to Sleep.
When you are finished using the PB, you select Sleep from the
Special menu. This turns off everything except the power supply
to the memory. Thus the PB stays in whatever state it was in when
you Slept it. To wake it up, hit any key on the keyboard and you
are immediately (well, almost, there's about a 5-second delay
while the hard drive spins up) back where you left off. If you
had applications running and files open before Sleeping, they
will still be running/open etc. It's really neat :)
