Hello,
My daughter (3 years old) is using an SVGA-monitor which is not magnetically
shielded. She also has two speakers that where placed right next to the
monitor. After a few weeks playing, the picture on the monitor begins to
tremble and flikker.Probabily because of magnetising.
Now, it's an older monitor and ther is no 'demagnetize-button'
(degauss-button).
Can someone help me and explain how to demagnetize a monitor like that ?
Lots of thanks and greetings,
Pascal Van Goethem.

All new TV sets and monitors is equipped with degauss loops.
Try to switch the monitor on and off 20 times or more and your
problem is gone..
